The VILLA: a gorgeous house, air conditioned, modern, tasteful furnishings, carpeted floors. Bright and open. Just like your hosts!
Around the house: a lot of green plants and trees (we like green, have a green policy). We are constantly improving and hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden.
You just have to love it! Nothing else is possible! You will see!
This B&B is health inspected and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls and the Province of Ontario.
The VILLA IS IDEALLY LOCATED. The Niagara River is only 1 block away. You can see the river banks. By the river you will have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons), fish, flowers, and other beautiful plants.
A very nice PLAYGROUND is close by. A real Eldorado for your kids!
The two SUPERIOR suites on the upper floor have an ensuite bath room and a walk-in-closet. Both are beautifully furnished, have a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2. A cot added up to 5 people can sleep in the grand room.
The Domino suites 2nd room has a queen bed, Pine suites a sofa bed for 2 and a cot or twin.
Two EXCELLENT suites (Italian and No Name) are on the main floor. Both have a queen bed in 1 room. The 2nd has a sofa bed for 2 and a twin. 5 people sleep well in either suite.
Every room has a TV, each suite has a hair dryer, clock radio and a fridge.
On the main floor is another sitting (living) room, the dining area and the kitchen.
SUSAN'S VILLA is not just only your everyday sleeping place but much, much more. It is perfect as your headquarter to explore Niagara Falls and the beautiful peninsula.

Our location
is very ideal. We are almost the closest B&B (you need only a few minutes) to the Falls, fun street Clifton Hill, Casino Niagara etc.,.
Also very close to the train and bus station. Pick up available. Just ask.

From Airport Toronto go on HWY 427 South.
Take QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) south via Hamilton.
Take the 2nd exit in Niagara Falls at HWY 420 (Labelled Bridge to USA ).
Take Highway 420 (Roberts) to the Falls.
Go down HWY 420 to River Road (27), go downstream (left) to Philips St., and turn left again.

Sorry, there is no space to have the good looking armoire in the suite. Some people even wanted to buy this stunning bed room suite.
Between the rooms is the bath room with tub and shower.
In the second room you will find a sofa bed for 2 and a twin bed, similar to the No Name Suite, so that up to 3 people can sleep in this room, up to 5 people in the suite.
